All American Relocation, an agent of Mayflower based in North Carolina, received the company’s President’s Quality Award for the 4th time. This award recognizes the number one ranked quality service performer in the carrier’s U.S. family of affiliated agencies.
The President’s Quality Award recipient is selected from an elite group of top service providers who are designated as Customer Choice award winners. It is also based on quality service performance measured through the eyes of their customers via post-move surveys. The award clearly designates the winner as the best of the best. In earning the President’s Quality award, All American Relocation met all Mayflower standards of performance and was ranked number one overall out of the agents in the United States. “One of the primary reasons for All American’s continued success is that the team has an unrelenting dedication to client satisfaction,” said Mayflower Chief Operating Office Casey Ellis. “This quality service permeates throughout the entire organization, shown by both All American locations receiving Customer Choice Awards this year.”
